Best Practice:

Do not change column positions or hide sheets or perform any action that will change the default structure of the sheet
Note: Best practices should be applied for any NPrinting recipient import xlsx files regardless of NPrinting Version
Do NOT use older import files with June 2019 and later as the columns have been updated to accommodate the alternate email feature.3

NOTE: The Recipient Import file has changed as of April 2020 NPrinting Release. Please download the most recent recipient import file if you experience import issues after upgrading NPrinting Server.
