&lt;LI&gt;Click the &lt;STRONG&gt;Tools&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Select &lt;STRONG&gt;Support&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
