Metadata reload Failed after Nprinting and Qlik Sense are upgraded and below errors are seen in Nprinting Logs

Error :
"ERROR LHRAP8206Q 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 RabbitMq service is not connected - trying again in 3 seconds"

"FATAL LHRAP8206Q 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 Fatal error on Scheduler service. ERROR: System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.↓↓"

Resolution

If Qlik Sense was upgraded, then you must re-export certificates from the Qlik Sense server to the NPrinting server.

You must follow the steps mentioned below while upgrading the Nprinting,
Qlik NPrinting Upgrade Install from NPrinting 17.3.x or higher
