article Qlik Sense Enterprise Management Console Shows 1 Of 1 Services Running Instead Of 5 of 5 Services in Official Support Articles

The Qlik Sense Management Console (QMC) displays the wrong Status of services running.

5 of 5 Services are running in the Central node and Rim node. However, QMC shows 1 of 1 services running instead of 5 of 5 services.

Environment:

<LI-PRODUCT title="Qlik Sense Enterprise on Windows" id="qlikSenseEnterpriseWindows"></LI-PRODUCT>

This is caused by a resync issue between the Windows Server and Storage such as due to a disconnect or cluster failover.

Resolution:

Root cause:

Resync issue happened between Windows Server and Storage from some reason (disconnection/Network/cluster Failover.)

This mean that Storage volume was detached and attached from Windows Server in a very short time as Failover happened successfully.

As a result, Windows Server has still old disk volume image and Qlik Sense doesn't know it because there was no transaction or disk IO in the same disk volume image.

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-server/storage/storage-spaces/understand-storage-resync

Solutions:

In order to establish resync correctly among Storage volume image, Windows and Qlik Sense services, It need to restart Qlik Sense services and reboot Windows OS after Resync issue or failover happened.

Or execute Storage resync command in Windows Server (It depends on Storage vendor)
