Users who have been allocated User access, or a Professional or Analyzer access license, can connect. &lt;STRONG&gt;Users with Analyzer capacity licenses or login access cannot&lt;/STRONG&gt;. Anonymous access is not allowed.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
