Restoring NPrinting Repository Database is failed with Errors while PROCESSING TOC

The Nprinting repository had been backed up using the Qlik.Nprinting.Manager.exe and the zip file can be used to restore in a different NP Server.

After the installation of NPrinting, a restore using the Qlik.Nprinting.Manager.exe restore command fails.

Restoring/migrating NP Repository database in a different NP installation server fails while PROCESSING TOC.

DO NOT MANUALLY CHANGE THE REPOSITORY,

Please take NP backup without the additional user or roles in NP respository, If there is any modification in NP Respository database. Please drop the user or roles first manaully and take a backup then the backup file can be restored with a different server (a different installation of NP) successfully.

Please note that Qlik Support always state to avoid to manually modify NP Repository. In the new installation it must add those two roles and after the restore should work.

Cause

Based on the investigation of NP backup, the original PostgreSQL database (the NP repository) was manually modified by adding the new roles user_nprinting and user_dba.

DO NOT MANUALLY CHANGE THE REPOSITORY, it can damages NPrinting installation.
