Information Gathering Checklist

In order to speed up the analysis and processing of Qlik Application Automation related cases, please describe the issue by providing Qlik Support with the following information:

What are the relevant system details (Authentication type, browser)
When did you first notice the problem? Has this ever worked before?
Have there been any recent changes? (permissions, password, endpoint, data source)
Have there been any recent changes in your automation?

If you check the above and you still have an issue, when contacting Qlik Support ensure you have the following elements available in advance

Tenant ID
Automation Id and Job ID

List all troubleshooting steps you have taken up to this point to resolve the issue
Collect an exact timestamp of when the issue occurred
Provide screenshots that demonstrate the behavior
Describe the specific steps to help us reproduce this behavior
Record and upload a video that shows the behavior
Provide a timestamp of when you reproduced the issue
Provide you find in the browser Dev tool or on-screen
Enable HAR logging in the browser then run through the steps to reproduce the issue: Save network web traffic (HAR/XML file) and console logs from the browser's developer tools
Provide an export of the automation.
