&lt;LI&gt;If the issue persists:&amp;nbsp;Verify that all nodes (central and rim) are running the same Qlik Sense version and patch level&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Restart all nodes.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you still have the issue after the above it could be caused by your virtual proxy setting where there no engine balanced:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Untitled.png" style="width: 999px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.qlik.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/81936i7D7CB8161CB36612/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="Untitled.png" alt="Untitled.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If the virtual proxy has no engine balanced, the API cannot retrieve the engine version and it will display &lt;STRONG&gt;undefined - undefined&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;To be able to retrieve the version, it's needed to have the virtual proxy (the one used to connect to QMC) with at least 1 engine balanced.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
