GeoAnalytics Connector can some time result to error message: Unable to parse request
Failed to process query: Failed to create database Dataset: File URLs are not allowed. file:///C:/and_the_file_path/file_name

Resolution:

While GeoAnalytics supports file paths, specific customer environments may have requirements which lead to this error message as file URIs may be blocked by 3rd party software. It may also point to login information being required.

If it is necessary to work around this restriction, change the URI to a URL.

Example: http://servername.domain/and_the_file_path/file_name

When login is required for accessing the URL, user and password can be specified in the URL like this: http://username:password@hostname/.

If the .zip file is being served with an URI like this, you can attempt to change it to URL if it is hosted on a web server. However, this specific article may not apply to your query.
