    <description>&lt;P&gt;Due to a defect discovered in the Qlik NPrinting Engine (May 2022 SR2) in combination with Qlik Sense client-managed connections, &lt;SPAN&gt;we advise holding on upgrading Qlik NPrinting to the May 2022 SR2 version and instead upgrading directly to &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;SR3&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; (&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://community.qlik.com/t5/Release-Notes/Qlik-NPrinting-Release-Notes-May-2022-Service-Release-3/ta-p/2004221" target="_self"&gt;Qlik NPrinting May 2022 SR3&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;).&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;We strongly recommend upgrading to Qlik NPrinting May 2022 SR3 once available, rather than to the SR2 release. In case you have already upgraded to Qlik NPrinting May 2022 SR2, follow the recommended workaround.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;LI&gt;Uninstall Qlik NPrinting Engine May 2022 SR2&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Install Qlik NPrinting Engine May 2022 SR1&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;If the engine is offline on the Qlik NPrinting Web console interface:
&lt;OL class="lia-list-style-type-lower-alpha"&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Remove the Qlik NPrinting Engine&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Readd the Qlik NPrinting Engine&lt;/LI&gt;

&lt;LI&gt;Upgrade the Qlik Nprinting Server and Qlik Nprinting Engine to May 2022 SR3 as soon as the SR is released.&lt;/LI&gt;
