Using the default connector, a reload task fails when connecting to an Oracle database:

Cause

The above error is not a Qlik error, but an error received by Qlik from the data source. The issue is typically due to missing or incorrect privileges assigned to the Qlik service account or is returned due to a faulty driver installation.

Resolution

The error can be resolved by assigning the correct rights on the database side to the account attempting the connection and reload.

If the error is caused by a faulty driver install, the driver will need to be uninstalled and re-installed.
