First it not seen from Your screenshot - check PostgreSQL version, Talend by default use old (prior 9), but You can use more fresh

Second - PostgreSQL not mean tables without schemas

Try to use "product" instead of "" for schema, and "product" for table name

Third, PostgreSQL sensitive for Caps register in names - check this as well, product != Product
