Is Rest API supported in MDM open studio 6.5.1

I'm trying with free version of MDM 6.5.1. I would like to know if Rest API support is available for open source version. If it is supported, Am I missing anything in the installation process ?

http://localhost:8180/talendmdm/api/rest gives me following error.

Can't read swagger JSON from http://localhost:8180/talendmdm/api/rest/../../services/rest/swagger.json

Free version of it doesn't support Rest API!

Hello,

Standard support: REST, SOAP, OpenID Connect, OAuth, SAML, STS, WSDL, SWAGGER, and more are not available in talend open studio for MDM product.
