[resolved] MDM 5.3.1 Web UI compatibility with Internet Explorer?

Hello,
As described in https://community.talend.com/t5/Data-and-Metadata-Governance/Installing-MDM-5-3-1-on-Win7-unable-to-create-a-record-in-the/td-p/115990 , I recently encountered an issue trying to run the MDM Web UI with Internet Explorer 9.
Is a compatibility matrix with different browser brands/versions available? (I'm afraid a quick g*gle search didn't return one)
Specifically: should the MDM 5.3.1 Web UI be compatible with at least one version of Internet Explorer? (this would be very useful in the environment I'm working in)
