TMDMOutput Performance Tunning

I am using TalendMDM platform. In the talend integration jobs , i am using MDM related components .

Performance of the flows containing tMDMOutput component is **bleep** slow (it takes around 22 minutes to process 5000 records [insert alone]).

Can anyone tell me how to improve the performance of this component .

Note :

tMDMOutput Configuration :
Build the document is enabled .

Result of XML serialization is xml.

Generation Mode: Slow and Memory Consuming DOM4j

Extended Output enabled with commit interval 500

tMDMBulk Component gives good performance when compared to tMDMOuput.

Note: Make sure Data Model, Data Container & Data Entity details are specified correctly (Case sensitivity).
