sqlserver connector issue in Workflow

Hi
I have build a workflow with sqlserver connector. The workflow has been deployed successfully into MDM server.
while launching the workflow, task is not creating and i am getting the following exception.
please help me out from this issue.
Your help/information will be really appreciated.

Which version of Talend product are you using? We will try to reproduce the problem and check if it was a bug or not?

i am using Talend 5.6 Enterprise version.
