Hi
I've created a few jobs to insert/update data in MDM. I orchestrated these job. When I want to run these jobs I sometimes get the following error:

org.hibernate.exception.GenericJDBCException: Cannot open connection; nested exception is:
       com.amalto.core.util.XtentisException: org.hibernate.exception.GenericJDBCException: Cannot open connection

This error causes the whole chain to fail. I get this error in different child jobs and the jobs in which the error appears seem to be different every time I run the whole process.
How can I resolve this issue?
Kind regards
Dries

Hi,
Could you check in the server log (jboss_dir/server/default/log/server.log) for a more detailed exception? It looks like MDM server is unable to insert data in the underlying database for some reason.
