Talend Cloud Data Catalog Remote Metadata Harvesting Server Configuration

Hi,

We have created a harvesting server on a container to retrieve metadata from the on-premise databases and Talend Data Integration systems(Data Fabric). Despite following the documentation, we are unable to establish a connection between the Talend Cloud Data Catalog and the harvesting server.

When we check the Talend Cloud Data Catalog logs, we only see the message 'Harvesting server ‘xxxx’ is down.'

No logs are generated on the container side.

Does anyone have experience with why a connection cannot be established? Which logs should we check and what areas should we investigate?
