Not getting information from user logged via Advanced connector

Hi everyone!

Currently I'm following this tutorial (Sheet-and-Object-level-Access-Control-in-Qlik-Cloud ), for extracting some data about users that logs in the app that is embedded. From qlik cloud app, I logged with my admin user, and I can see the data extracted from the Qlik advanced connector in the app published in a managed space, as I show you here

Besides that, we are logging with an user that sends its information via JWT, so when then user is logged in the external platform, automatically sign in into his qlik user (professional entitlement). However, when we see the sheet shared before, it shows this message "Operation was rejected because the system is not in a state required for the operation's execution (code 22009)"

Is there something wrong using the connector? I can give you additional information if required. Just let me know.
