Unable to Start MDM server

Hi,
I am trying to bring up the MDM server on a windows 2012 server. But it throws the below error. I double checked the credentials and they seems to work and user has dbo credentials.
Any suggestions on this will be appreciated.

Hi,
Are you using talend MDM subscription solution 6.2.1? What's the DB you are using when install your MDM server?
