Data Sampling and Semantic Types with File System Bridge

Hello,

I apologize if this has been asked before, but I seem to be having an issue Data Sampling and Semantic Types with File System bridge in Talend Data Catalog

If I only have a single, small file in the directory, it seems to do the Data Sampling and Semantic Types properly, however if I have a large flat file or multiple files, it doesn't work. There is no errors and I've tried multiple types of delimited files.

OS: Centos 7

Memory: 16G

Volume: 500G

Note here are my memory settings in TalendDataCatalog/tomcat/conf/tomcat.properties

# Tomcat memory (in Mb)
M_START_MEMORY=1024
M_MAX_MEMORY=8192

I confirmed that it is using these values via the process:
-XX:MaxMetaspaceSize=2G -Xms1024M -Xmx8192M

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hello @dgoodyear,

did you also take a look into the logs - in the installation folder under data/logs?
