TOS Data Quality Tool version 7.2.1 Top Charts Plugin Installation Error

Hello,

I'm a Mac High Sierra user with Java 1.8 installed, The TOS version is 7.2.1. I am having problems on installing Charts for Data Quality plugins into my studio. I clicked Help -> Install Additional Packages... and there is the window you showed. Then I clicked Finish and after downloading and installing the system asked to restart it, I restarted it, again checked there is no Charts/Graphs and when I again clicked to Help -> Install Additional Packages... it brought the same packages as I have already installed. Seems the packages haven't been installed correctly.

I have tried to manually install the .jar files, however after the installation when i refresh the modules page they disappear.

I manually copied 4. jar files to plugins folder, then these packages do no appear on Install Additional Packages tab but still on analysis results I can not get any charts, just the count numbers.

Hello,

Are you using oracle Java 1.8_151? Is there any error message in log? which is located in<Talend Studio installation path>/workspace/.metadata/.log

Could you please try to reinstall your studio to see if it works?

Hello,

I'm using 1.8.0_144. Also there is no log file on the metadata folder, I have installed it again but the problem persists.
