Reorganize and count data

Hi! 
I have some data in Excel, in each day there are several alarm records, that is, in the same day several alarms can be generated (even the same alarm several times), the next day some alarms of the previous day and some new ones may appear, and so for several days. 

I would like to have a report that tells me for each of the alarms generated, what day (or days) was generated and how many times it was generated on each of those days. The 'date' column (although it looks like 2018-02-22) is in "string" format, just like the alarm column. 

I'm using Talend Open Studio for Data Integration, Version: 7.0.1.
