Not able to install data quality enterprise edition in windows ec2

I am able to install Talend studio and other features but unable to install Data quality. The error says "Operating System error or Platform error". Please reply asap.

Hello,

Could you please clarify in which Talend Data quality version/edition you are trying to install?

Is there any more error message in studio log? Can you please upload the log message? Which is located in <Talend Studio installation path>/workspace/.metadata/.log

to make sure if you are on a compatible platform and compatible java environment.
