Can't access Data preparation outside side the server

Dear folks,

Present I am working on Talend Real time Big data platform V6.4.1. I need to access my data preparation UI on my client machine. For that I used "http://myhostip:9999/" but it is not working. I already opened all the ports to access data preparation UI on my client machine. Please find the attached screenshot.

Kindly suggest me how to access DP on my client machine

Hi,

It's probably because your ip is not in the tdp_client.json config file in iam, only the host is.

Could you check?

Hi,

I couldn't find tdp_client.json config file in my system.

Could you please let me know where that file exactly located.
