Hi,
Originally had Talend Data Preparation 0.1 Beta and I was attempting to upgrade to "M11" version. I deleted C:\Users\\talend\dataprep\logs\app.log on Windows, then installed the following: opensourceetl.net/talend/talendinc/dataprep_10m11/TalendDataPrep-0.11-BETA-install.exe
However, I get a "Java Exception has occurred" error upon application execution. TDP 0.1 Beta ran without issue.
Fixes? Already tried full uninstall and reinstall as well, which took me through some steps, automatically downloaded/installed java, and restarted my computer without prompt. TDP will still not launch when clicked on, so issue has regressed since attempted reinstallation.
Regards,
Joshua

There were too many versions of Java installed on the system and the default version of Java was supposedly 32bit, although Talend Enterprise Studio was running fine. Removed all Java versions and reinstalled 8.66 and everything is
OK.
