Capture errors from DQ Reports

I have a data integration job which uses the tDqReportRun component to execute a DQ report. It captures the output of the tDqReportRun component into a table which logs errors with the execution, however it does not capture all errors. I also want to be able to capture errors with the reports themselves.

In my case the DQ report stores the DQ rule results in an oracle database. If the credentials (user/pass) supplied to the oracle database is invalid an Oracle error is thrown, I can see this in the output window in the console but how can I access this in the jobflow to log the error?
