      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have installed TAC and Talend Data Stewardship on different servers. I was getting "LoginCommand failed and no fallback available." while&amp;nbsp;I logging with default username and password of Talend Data Stewardship.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
