Hi,

I am trying to do data profiling from an input file which is present in a unix server location.

From profiling perspective, i created a new analysis. Under data preview section , i can select a connection. Here i pointed to a connection which is file delimited under metadata section. In this metadata setup , i can select only the files present under my windows desktop drives. Its not allowing to connect to a UNIX server here. Using this analysis, i created a report and trying to execute this using component tDqReportRun. tDqReportRun as well didn't have any placeholder for input. Anyone came across similar issue?

An update on this. This was accepted as a bug from talend support team and they are working with R&D team on the fix for upcoming releases of 7.1.2 & 7.2.1
