      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI All,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I am able to install data prep successfully. &amp;nbsp;data prep service is running but when try to access portal it hung.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please see attached screenshot for more details.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Tried to increase the Xmx to 8 GB still same issue&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Which version are you running? 2.0 or 2.1?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Can you send the log and configuration files (respectively &lt;STRONG&gt;data/logs/app.log&lt;/STRONG&gt; and &lt;STRONG&gt;config/application.properties&lt;/STRONG&gt;)?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;My first guess would be "public.ip in application.properties is not properly set".&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Issue resolved, once I changed to IP address instead of localhost. But why localhost is not working, thats bit wierd..&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Are&amp;nbsp;you starting DP inside a VM?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
