Source to Target data Validation(Testing) using Talend

i am new to Talend i heard from some one that i can test integration using Talend Open Studio for Data quality, i am trying to perform the data validation from Source to Target, can someone guide me to a document or a video that i can follow and perform the data validation.

I have source and TARGET SQL (it has multiple table joins, functions and filers) built and ready to use, i am trying to find a way to build a map which will join or compare and display the mismatches.

Have you already checked talend data quality user guide to see how to profile database content, column analyses, table analyses?
