Data Profiling allow null values (theyre not invalid)

Is it possible to allow null values on an analysis, they are not invalid just don't have a value..

An example being using a regex to match yyyy-MM-dd, works fine, flags up dates which are mm-dd-yyyy and also null values.

Is it also not possible to flag a column as "nullable" so this doesnt occur? I don't see any way of this...

Did your analysis fail with error? Could you please elaborate your case with an example with input values?
