unable to log in

I have an account and i am able to login on the website. However, when i try to log in to TOS i am not able to log in (username or password is incorrect).

Since i am able to login to te website with those credantials how come i cant log in to the software?

any help would be useful.

Hello,

Which talend build version are you trying to login? Are you trying to download custom components from talend exchange portal via studio? Please try to use your talend jira account or exchange account to log in to see if it is working.

We made a testing on V 7.3.1 and cannot repro this issue.
