Windows Task Scheduler - Last Run Result = 0x2

Hi,

For several years I’m using Windows Task Scheduler for my Talend Jobs.

No issue until last Friday and I don’t understand at all.

All my jobs for which I use the option “Repeat task every… for a duration of…” in the Windows Task Scheduler are no more launched and the code in Last Run Result is 0x2.

For the other jobs without this option, no issue, it’s working fine.

The only thing I did on the server last Friday is the update of JRE from version 7 to version 8…

What's talend build version you are using? Are you able to execute your job in talend studio successfully?

Hi,

I'm using version 6.5.1.

The jobs are running fine when:

- I execute them in Talend Studio

- I launch manually the .bat

- I schedule them daily in Windows Task Scheduler

But I get the code 0x2 in Last Run Result when I use the option “Repeat task every… for a duration of…” in

the Windows Task:

Before the update of JRE last Friday, it was OK with this option.

Hello,

The job should be OK without problem if you can execute it successfully in studio.

I'm not sure that there is some conflict between Windows Task Scheduler and Oracle JDK 1.8.
