I'm not an expert with Oracle by any means, but when I load the data, it is not being compressed. Someone mentioned that I needed to use the /*+ APPEND*/ hint, so I added that to the tOracleOutput. I see it in the generated code, but the data is still not compressed. The only thing that I can think is that the hint does not work on "insert into values" statements, but instead only "insert into select". Does anyone know of a way around this within Talend? Thank you. <BR />UPDATE: I was able to resolve the issue by using the APPEND_VALUES hint instead.
