I am with this problem at my job that i extract data of progressDB and load t o mysql

What's JDK version are you using?

Please refer to compatible Java environment documentation and ensure proper version of JDK is installed.

Talend has added support for OpenJDK as from the 7.1.1 version. See the documentation https://help.talend.com/reader/UgiwP5qZ9ufPrulo9_w21w/azAPnOyZHG4z2DNw1Tx6ug

Note: In the documentation we provide a list of java environments that are supported, in the sense that we do provide an SLA and technical support for them. This doesn't mean other (non-listed) java environments will not work but simply we won't necessarily be equipped to help you with any issue you may face with them.
