Please help me understand how can I put data to table in my database from csv fail what is located on https?

Now I used tFileFetch and tFileInputDelimited, I have to download the fail into my computer and then this file from my computer go to database table (jpg attached). And it works, but this is bad solution for me.

Is some kind of possibility don't download file on my computer (:C)? I would like that this file from https downloads directly to database without my computer (maybe it can use cache or maybe in palette is somekind good element for it).
