Ldap connection gives error when connects to different components

Hi Team,

I have a job which connects to Ldap the connection to ldap is ok and it does gives the rows which it has according to the BASEDN but when I used it in the job as my job has many other components like tftp ldapinput , tmap and ldap output so the moment I run the job by activating the components am getting the error

java.lang.Exception: java.lang.NullPointerException
at group_directory.magnitude_script_business_groups_0_1.MAGNITUDE_SCRIPT_BUSINESS_GROUPS.tLDAPInput_1Process(MAGNITUDE_SCRIPT_BUSINESS_GROUPS.java:14748)

Hi Team,

Does anybody else face the same situation ?

Basically , I noticed today that whenever I am disabling any component in the job ldap unexpectedly throws the null pointer error.

Hi Team,

The issue got resolved it was because the Ldap connection password was wrong which is why it was throwing the error.
