Connection to SAP

Hello,
Some help please. I am trying to get data from SAP. So far I copied sapjco3.jar and sapjco.dll in the respective directories and now I am getting this error "Can't load IA32-bit.dll".
Is there a way around this.

Have you tried to use sap connector to connect to your SAP RAR target system in talend?

please make sure that you use the appropriate sap jco version, either 32 or 64 bit. In your case you try to use a 32 bit dll which doesn't work on Talend 64 bit client

So as per your advice we can connect SAP RAR Target System with Talend using SAP Connector.
How can I use this SAP RAR connector?
Please help.
