Edit route ClassPath [conflict jar]

Hi
I am using Talend Platform for data services 5.6.1 with the Nexus repository manager.
I use the TAC for publish route in nexus and deploy it in KARAF the problem when I execute my route I got this error:
"Java. Lang. LinkageError: loader constraint violation: loader (instance of org/eclipse/osgi/internal/base adaptor/DefaultClassLoader) previously initiated loading for a different type with name "org/xml/sax/InputSource"
Solution:
to solve this problem I edit the route ClassPath manually, by excluding the jar JAR files from the manifest file present in bundle, as this is a very manual process, any ideas to get round this ?

had similar issue, adding this class path to the talend java home path helped.
