Is there any custom component or solution available to connect Amazon sp api to pull the reports api to a database.

We do not produce components specifically for the Amazon SP API and I am not aware of any custom components for this. However, you can use ANY API with Talend. The Amazon SP API documentation is here (https://developer-docs.amazon.com/sp-api/?ld=NSGoogle). Looking at this, it should be too hard to use with our tRESTClient component.
