FWIW, the SAP router configuration can differ, we had
/H/<SAP router IP>/S/3266/H/<application server name>
I assume 3266 is a port number that might be different either in a router configuration or per application server.
The SAP router string can be found in the SAP client configuration.

In tSAPConnection it's only possible to file in a host name, how to use this component to connect to a SAP system via a sap router? So how to configure the msg server and the SAProuter? Thanks.

Solution :
in hostname field, fill sap router connection string + hostname :
"/H/IP-SAP-ROUTER/H/IP-DESTINATION/H/HOSTNAME"
