Hi @Pépita D'ALMEIDA,

I think that this would be better raised with Support. I cannot see anything obvious in your file that would lead to this. They will be able to take a deeper look.

I was try to update Talend remote but is not finish correctly because TAC is not working

So I can not to connect to studio whent I click to Talend-Studio-win-x86_64.exe ,

I have a error message :

I am afraid you will need to raise this with Support. You appear to have a support license, so if you go to the front page of Community and click on the Support button in the header (next to the search bar), you will be able to raise this issue with them. They will be able to do more than I can as they can hold a Zoom session with you to see the issue in more detail.
