Connection Setup of Talend Open Studio

Hi Talend support,

Currently, developers are developing in Talend Open Studio independently. All DB connections were setup locally in the development workstation. Want to check if there is a way to configure a shared DB connection in Talend Job Server and allows Talend Open Studio to connect instead of having it setup locally. Kindly share the setup steps.

@YiChee Choo , I think this is the referenced project functionality, this functionality is only available in Talend enterprise subscription product. All share items including DB connection can be accessible from any other project, so you just need to setup the DB connection one time in referenced project.

With Talend Open studio, you need to export the DB connection items from one studio, and import them into another studio.

Would you be able to share more details and steps of the setup? Also, wish to check what are the firewall ports to open?

May I check Talend Real-time Big Data Platform - Named Users and Platinum Support Services is different than Talend Enterprise?

What are the default ports to open if I would like to connect to reference project from Talend Open Studio?
