tSOAP syntax error on token ":",: expected

I need to create a job to Log On and get several ids to pass to another SOAP message to trigger an action. So far I unfortunately cannot get pass the first Log on message. I have my error and the component screens shots attached. I adjusted the double quotes but cannot see any other similar issues within our community so far. Any help would be VERY appreciated.

You need escape all the double quotes inside the message.
