How to get Log in RUN EXECUTION

I want to ask, how do I get the log in my Talend to be txt, csv or something else.

Previously I used TlogCatcher and TStatCather but could not get the Log according to what was drawn, only received success messages and error messages.

This log I created using Tjava with System.out.print.
