Trying to install a extension from Exchange and I'm getting the following error:

Please provide the following information for us to be more better evaluate the issue:

- Product version (such as Talend-Studio-20200219_1130-V7.3.1)

Talend Cloud Real-Time Big Data Platform (7.3.120200219_1130)

- Operating System (such as Windows 10, 64 bit)

- Java version (such as Oracle JDK build 1.8.0_201)

BTW, are you able to login Talend Exchange on browser and download the component manually?

Product version = Talend-Studio(Version: 7.3.1.20200219_1145)

OS = Windows 10, 64 bit

Java version = java.version=1.8.0_291

And yes to the Talend Exchange on browser.

I have tried to reproduce this issue, i don't have this NPE error, but I got another error in the log file.

java.io.IOException: Server returned HTTP response code: 503 for URL

I have tried to install tGoogleDrive component manually and it works, can you please follow the steps described in this documentation and install the component to studio manually. Let me know if it works.

I tried that first and nothing appeared in the pallete list for any of the "Exchange components" that I downloaded.

Have you tried to search the component? The components appear in different family folder, no 'Exchange components' family folder.
