Hi,
there is component tEDIFACTtoXML, but how to convert XML to EDIFACT?

Hi,
So far, We can read data from edifact file, however, we don't have a dedicated component in order to write EDIFACT files in Talend.
Please vote for new feature https://jira.talendforge.org/browse/TDI-24508.
In addition, talend provides user with Talend Data Mapper which allows you to define and execute transformations (called maps) between data records or documents.

Hi,
According to Talend support,
- Talend Data Mapper doesn't support any EDIFACT specifications but well HIPAA specifications
- no component exist to convert XML to EDIFACT
Only an old unresolved jira from two years ago without fix version proposed.
