When loading large dataset Java Heap Space error occurs

I have Job design like below

When Row3 records exceeds 900000 Java Heap Space error occurs, I need to select all the data not to restrict with anything, please let me know how to solve this

I have configured JVM parameter to -Xmx8192M still facing the Java Heap Space error

You can enable the Store temp data option by solving memory limitation issues in tMap use.
