hl7 ORU genration

Hi ,

I need to generate hl7 ORU message. Not sure where i am wrong. I am getting this exception. (Exception in component tHL7Output_1 ca.uhn.hl7v2.HL7Exception: Can't find PATIENT as a direct child)

This is my error:

I am trying to genrate an ORU msg as below:

can anyone please helpo me how to fix this issue
